A study by the FDA and other scientists used data from the Medicaid program in California of over 15,000 heart attack patients and determined that the chance of a heart attack was even higher statistically than that of Vioxx and Celebrex.  In fact, out of these 15,000 heart attacks, Mobic lead the group at 1.37 times more likely to cause a serious heart attack.
