Attack News and Information
Amusement parks can be as dangerous
and deadly as often as they are fun and
exciting. In the year 2000 there were
over 10,000 emergency room visits because
of amusement park injuries. Most of the
injuries were to girls under the age
of 10.
Most injuries in amusement parks occur
because of poor maintenance, failure
to advise visitors of hazards, and the
inattention of employees to the safety
of the public. Owners and operators have
a responsibility to provide fun in a
safe and secure environment and can be
held responsible for any negligence that
causes harm.
If you suffered an injury at an amusement
park you may be entitled to collect a
settlement based on your damages. Contact

Disney World Stroke & Heart Attack on Mission Space
A number of Disney World and Disneyland rides have had a history
of causing serious injury, but the death of a German tourist who
recently died from a stroke after riding Walt Disney World's Mission:
Space is causing careful scrutiny of the dangerous ride. Disney
officials have declined to comment on the death so far.
Hiltrud Bleumel died soon after a CT scan showed hypertensive
bleeding from within her brain. The 49-year-old woman from
Schmitten outside of Frankfurt had claimed to have felt dizzy and
ill after the ride ended and was taken to Florida Hospital Celebration
Health shortly after 2 PM, where she was pronounced dead around
24 hours later.
The notorious ride consists of a $100 million centrifuge that
spins park visitors at the speed of double Earth's gravity and
many riders have complained of nausea and other symptoms of motion
sickness since it opened in 2003 and Daudi Bamuwamye, a 4-year-old
from Pennsylvania suffering from a rare heart condition who died
last June because of the same ride.
When amusement parks and other attractions fail to adequately
protect riders from deadly complications due to their rides, someone
deserves to be held accountable. Unfortunately, more innocent
victims may die before park officials acknowledge responsibility
and work to prevent future casualties. If you have been injured
or have lost a loved one to a ride such as Walt Disney World's
Mission: Space, make sure to contact a knowledgeable and experienced
attorney today.
